Taxi licences: what you need to know
A licence defines the operating area. Ours covers Poznań. Taking a passenger outside the city does not allow new pickups there.
Licence, extract and app account
These terms describe different parts of starting work: the licensed operator, the vehicle extract and the platform account. App access alone should not be treated as evidence that all requirements are met. In the Prometheus offer, the driver’s vehicle follows the Poznań licence process. The actual licence number and company details must be supplied in the cooperation documents. Check those documents before relying on a short marketing description.
Five vehicle stages
The process covers vehicle documents, the lending agreement, application preparation, extract collection and delivery. Before signing, check the vehicle, duration, operating responsibilities and termination rules. The partner’s administration fee and the statutory authority fee are separate items. Distinguishing them makes offers easier to compare and avoids treating an official charge as though it were part of a commercial service fee.
Where you begin a trip
This offer covers new passenger pickups in Poznań. Taking someone outside the city does not automatically permit new pickups there on the same basis. Before working elsewhere, confirm the appropriate permissions and cooperation scope. The fact that an app displays a request is not enough to settle that question. Check the relevant authority’s current local guidance when planning a different operating area.
Vehicle changes and expiry dates
A replacement car requires document and data checks, not merely a profile name change. Report policy, ownership, registration and vehicle-access changes, and retain confirmation of the handover. The product preview separates vehicle, insurance and licence-extract statuses because one valid item does not replace the others. At termination, agree document returns and the final settlement so that outstanding responsibilities remain clear.
